Fear of the Phone - BBC Work Experience Diary Week One

I feel I have done myself proud at the BBC this week with regards to a few exceptions. I feel I should have spoken more in meetings and my nerves have got the better of me on the few occasions when I had to answer the phone. Indeed I was so nervous about ringing to ask for my password that I came in especially early so that I could go through the procedure in private.
